We’ve been using Barts for well over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They sold me years ago when they were able to figure out a tricky problem with an old unit, that saved us from having to install a new unit! Thank you for being knowledgeable and not immediately running toward the “quick fix” and costing your customers hard earned money. Always on time, always in communication with their customers. Wow! My experience with Bart's was some of the best customer service I have ever had. My AC randomly stopped working the night before I called Barts at 9AM. Stacy helped me immediately, contacted a technician (who happened to be in my area) and the tech was at my door within 30 mins. Jordan was professional, explicit in explaining what he was doing, checked all pieces of the HVAC for us, and replaced the broken part within 20 minutes. He even told me next steps for basic HVAC maintenance and didn't push using them again, which ironically makes me want to use them and recommend them. Definitely recommend and will be using them again!! Thank you so much for taking this stress off me and everyone USE BARTS!

Bart's Heating and Air have been servicing our home since 2015. We have recently moved and they just installed two new systems at our new home. As always, they were on time and very professional.Every time I have called them with an issue on our old home, they were instant in fixing the problem. It is a no brainer..... call Bart's Heating and Air for all your comfort needs... we all know how we feel when the temperature outside says we need heat or air but the temp in the house is not cooperating.....!!!!! Trust me.... These are the guys to call.

My heating panel was going bad. Kevin and Sean came in temporarily fixed it. A couple days later my board did go out completely so they ordered my new one. The board came in and they installed it and I’ve been warm ever since I recommend Bart’s heating and air because they get to the problem and don’t try to sell you more than you need. So if you’re on a budget, they’ll get directly to the problem.👍🏻

We have used Barts for quite a long time. When we moved they came with us to the new house and maintained an 'older' system for four or five years before we had to replace it. Recently, we noted a change with a smell, and they came out that same day (because we would not use the heater with it) and found the issue was with a special ion filter and had us adjusted and up and going. The Tech that came is now our preferred tech because he knows our unit better than anyone! We have a Trane multi speed that we love... and we love Barts for their home town service and care, although we live 30 min away! Highly recommend this company.

Proactively replaced our outside unit as the condensor was drawing higher amps and was from 2008. Due to short supply, our sales rep Staci, was able to locate a better model than our quoted estimate and saved us on the higher price. Install took less than two hours first thing in morning. Made us feel like an important customer. Very pleasant & helpful sales person and install technician. Came back in Oct. for heating system check. Informative, courteous, & thorough. Highly recommend!

Called Bart's to diagnose a suspected freon leak on one of two ductless system. Kevin arrived and performed checks and suggested to add dye to the system and wait for couple of weeks and then come back to conduct inspections with a Black light and see if there a leak.

Awesome professional service; Just had Bart's heating and AC install a new AC system since ours was at the end of it's life; I have not seen a contractor this professional, couteous, willing to help and provide reasonable pricing. We have an AC co as long as they are in business; Best of the best, crew is great, Stacy and Amir are great to work with and would recommend them to anybody. They came the same day and diagnosed immediately that there was an issue with capacitor, which he had in his truck already, and replaced it in no time. We were without A/C; the night had been a bad one. Staci took our call and started working toward a way to get us seen that day. She called us back in just a few minutes and said Kendrick would take care of us. Shortly after noon, Kendrick arrived and worked diligently to get us up and running again.Success! It's so reassuring to have skilled, professional people to turn to like Kendrick and Staci. Used Barts two years ago for an intermittent heating issue that no one else could diagnose but they fixed it- they did it again this month with a strange AC issue that required multiple trips during melt down heat wave for an incredibly reasonable price. Barts has been a valued ac man for many years. I have had lots of different services done over the last maybe 15-20 years. Have had this last time a recalled part stop my ac in which the people whom installed the ac in my new home didn’t notify me. Barts came and found the problem hunted down the part had it shipped express what might’ve taken a month are so in 100 + degrees weather getting me up and running in a week. Bart's entire team from pricing, installation and follow-up were very responsive, professional and friendly. During the installation of my two new A/C units and furnace I decided to upgrade the air duct plenum from my current 1 inch filter setup to the 4 inch filter setup. While the rest of the team was installing the new A/C and furnace units Scott went to retrieve the new 4 inch filter plenum combo boxes from a supplier. The installation was not delayed at all. Additionally, after air conditioning units were installed and working there was a minor condensation drip into the drain pan. I contacted Bart's team and it was immediately addressed by simply re-leveling the coil/furnace unit. Thank you for the great job Bart's and I recommend Bart's for your A/C and Heating needs.
