We’ve been using Bart’s for years and at two homes. They were able to fit us in the day we called and Kendrick’s fix was quick and easy. We appreciate their honesty.
Bart’s Heating and Air Service was very friendly and professional! They had a tech out to our house within an hour of us calling. You could also track the tech’s arrival which I liked. Paden was very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed very quickly. We will definitely be using them again!
Called Bart's to diagnose a suspected freon leak on one of two ductless system. Kevin arrived and performed checks and suggested to add dye to the system and wait for couple of weeks and then come back to conduct inspections with a Black light and see if there a leak.
Scott came out late on Friday after taking care of other customer’s emergencies and took care of adding freon into my system to get me cooling again before the weekend. I really appreciate Scott’s customer service and Barts commitment to get my unit cooling again before the hot weekend. I highly recommend Barts and I have used them previously and will use them again for next service or possibly for a new system install when my old system can no longer be serviced.
These guys were GREAT! I may have talked too much but they were NEVER rude lol I loved how they understood how bad we need to save where we can, and offered several poss solutions including some that would not benefit them.
Bart's showed up as scheduled, and exceeded expectations. My three AC units are all from different manufacturers, and Justin was knowledgeable about all of them. I will use them again. Thanks Bart's !

Great company! I called the office tight when they opened. Stacy was AWESOME. Very friendly and professional. She got a tech out very quickly and sent me text updates about his arrival time. The tech Paden was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our AC issue and things have cooled down. I would definitely call them again!
Kendrick was on time, professional, and honest. Had another company to come look at my ac unit yesterday and said they wanted $5000 to fix my ac. Knew they were lying because our system is 5 years old and we have it serviced 2X a year. Signed up for Barts maintenance plan. It was extremely reasonable. Please call Bart’s and you will not be disappointed.
I can't imagine a better A/C repair experience. In less than an hour, I called and described the problem to Stacy - who really didnt want to leave me with no a/c - and she dispatched Jordan who showed up in less than a half hour, took a look, tested and replaced the bad capacitor, and my system was back up and running. Jordan made a few other system checks and that was that. Everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed to go out if their way to see that i didn't overcook in the texas heat. Much appreciated!I HIGHLY recommend Bart's! 5 stars!

I REALLY appreciate that Bart's went out of their way to find a replacement part instead of insisting I replace my whole system, like the first guy I called. I also like the text communication and tracking feature so I knew exactly who the technician was, what he looked like, and when he would arrive. And Kevin was very patient and flexible when carpet installers arrived a little while after he did. I highly recommend Bart's.

Once again great service! I did not like the reviews of the company my warranty company was going to send out. I knew I could trust BARTs. Jordon figured out the problem and quickly solved it. Unfortunately the damage has been done from a leak caused by a faulty switch someone else installed. Now I just have to figure out how to get my ceiling fixed!
My AC was not working and they came out promptly , and were able to diagnose and repair the problem so quickly that he didn’t even charge me labor, just the part and the trip charge. Excellent service

We recently moved and had trouble installing a thermostat. Turned out we have a heat pump and we had hooked the thermostat up incorrectly. The price was very reasonable and most importantly, we have AC now! Highly recommend!
Bart's Heating and Air have been servicing our home since 2015. We have recently moved and they just installed two new systems at our new home. As always, they were on time and very professional.Every time I have called them with an issue on our old home, they were instant in fixing the problem. It is a no brainer..... call Bart's Heating and Air for all your comfort needs... we all know how we feel when the temperature outside says we need heat or air but the temp in the house is not cooperating.....!!!!! Trust me.... These are the guys to call.
Very impressed with this company! The person I always used retired and he recommended this company. When my AC stopped cooling, I called for service and despite having a super full schedule, they were able to work me in. Kevin was on time and very professional. He was able to make the necessary repairs in about 30 mins and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them! They even text you when your tech is on the way and send a link to see exactly where the tech is and when they will arrive. 5 star service!
I reached out to Bart’s via text (have used them before). They responded quickly, got out to my house the next day and repaired my AC quickly and for an affordable price!
I could not be more pleased. The company that originally installed my whole heat pump system, wanted 3000 to repair the 7 year old unit. It was repaired under WARRANTY by Barts. Nice to know there are companies that are not looking to screw everyone

Have used Bart's since moving here in 2004. They maintained & repaired my Heat Pump/HVAC system until I decided to have Bart's replace for new/more efficient units. No pressure sales pitch; just true facts for my decision making. Great response times, stellar service, honest and fair prices. Replaced my electric water heater too. Richard stands by his product and staff. The techs are prompt, courteous and know their craft. I encourage my friends living in the area to call them and most have to their satisfaction. Update 3/2021: we ended up replacing the AC unit and the price was extremely competitive and they were on time, extremely professional, and just nice guys. There was no upselling or to get this price you have to sign a maintenance contract. This the only AC company I will ever use! and trust me we looked at other highly rated companies.The techs that came to our house, on the same day at no extra charge, were professional and very thorough. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. I apologize for not remembering the names. The service was performed on 6/25/18. I highly recommend this company!!!

Outstanding staff!!... I was having trouble keeping my house heated. I called and the lady who answered the phone was polite and attentive she told me she'd send someone out the same day. Chris, Jordan and Jonathan showed up and were extremely polite and knowledgeable they checked the furnace and found the thermostat to be the problem. They installed a new thermostat and they worked together really well. These men were highly professional and they even took there shoes off so my carpet would stay clean. There prices are reasonable and they care about there work. They were diligent and thorough to check everything. I highly recommend Bart's Heating.... I am sitting here in my warm home typing this and very thankful that this company exists... honest men and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need only what's broken... that's honest and that's what you want! I called Bart's HVAC as another company gave a outrageous quote. The issue was diagnosed as totally different was fixed in a short time for less than 25% of the original quote. The technician Chris identified the problem in 10 minutes where as the other tech took an hour and came out with wrong conclusion. Other company wanted to do a heart transplant where as the system only needed a cast on the foot!!I recommend them.
